Due to the high volume of surgeries requested and limited surgical spots, Morgan City Veterinary Hospital will begin implementing a new policy upon booking the surgery appointments. Clients booking will be required to place a $50.00 booking deposit to reserve desired surgical date. To get a refund of this booking deposit, cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to surgical date. Any cancellations made after 48-hour deadline is subject to deposit forfeit.
Deposits will be put towards the total cost of surgical bill. Final Payment must be made at the time of surgical discharge. All deposits are final and nonrefundable regardless of the outcome of procedure.
We have designed this policy to maintain an efficient surgery schedule and ensure the fair distribution of the doctor's surgery time for all patients. We hope this does not cause any significant inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
